## 1. Business identity

## 2. Service

Services of AI provides digital access to an AI productivity dashboard for writing, rewriting, document summarization, study assistance, code explanations, translation, email drafting, social captions and related content tools. No physical goods are supplied.

## 3. Orders and access

Customers must provide accurate checkout and account information. Access instructions are delivered digitally to the purchase email after payment confirmation. The customer is responsible for protecting account credentials and for activity performed through the account.

## 4. Annual access and payment

Prices, currency, taxes and the total payable amount are shown at checkout before payment. Unless a product page or checkout expressly states otherwise, annual access is purchased through one payment for one year and does not renew automatically.

## 5. Acceptable use

Customers must not use the service for illegal activity, fraud, abuse, malware, unauthorized access, infringement of third-party rights or attempts to disrupt the service. Access may be suspended for material misuse or breach of these terms.

## 6. AI output

AI-generated output may contain errors and should be reviewed before use. Customers remain responsible for decisions, publications and actions based on generated output. The service is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial or other regulated advice.

## 7. Intellectual property

Services of AI software, branding and site materials remain the property of Services of AI LLC or its licensors. Customers retain rights in their original inputs and may use outputs subject to applicable law, third-party rights and these terms.

## 8. Refunds

Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy published on this store. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

## 9. Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Services of AI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
